Here at Welcome Inn, your intention to make better life is our motivation to build a healthy community
Aware of the continuous lack of affordable housing for a high demand from low-income residents in Bethlehem, we install a specialized program to provide safe housing and supportive training towards a self-sufficient life

Your endeavor and Our support
Having a safe living space in local motels for two years
We partner with local motels to give participants a safe living space plus necessary amenities and services for two years. Once registered, tenants only need to pay 30% of their income for the two-year staying. After the program, they can complete the payment by paying a customized percent of their income in specified years.
Self-sufficiency training
Throughout your participation in the program, we will provide free support for your pathway towards self-sufficiency including community service work, assistance to gain stable employment and educational training related to finance management, homeownership, tax credits, and access to mental health counseling
Build your own life
After the program, we will continue keeping in touch to support you with your work towards a better life
