Our Program

After processing your application, we will meet with you to discuss about the placement of two-year motel living and help you design your own educational training. Once you commit to the program, you only need to pay 30% of your income per usual Section 8 Guidelines. To complete the rest payment, you can select multiple options of percent payback that we customize to help you afford in specified years. We will try to match your needs with your designated motel. Your living place will be furnished with basic amenities. You will share the kitchen area with your floor and agree to follow certain rules to ensure security for your shared living area.
